How it works

Our Sourcing Process

A structured approach from product requirement to delivery. Every sourcing project is different, but our general process follows these stages.

Sourcing Request

The client provides product specifications, quantity, quality requirements, packaging, destination, timeline and other relevant information.

Requirement Review

We review the request to understand the product, sourcing possibilities, expected commercial requirements and potential regulatory considerations.

Supplier Identification

Potential suppliers and manufacturers are identified based on the project requirements.

Supplier & Quotation Comparison

Available supplier information and quotations are evaluated based on pricing, MOQ, manufacturing capability, lead time, specifications and commercial terms.

Negotiation

We coordinate and negotiate applicable pricing, quantities, payment terms, lead times and other commercial requirements.

Samples & Approval

Where appropriate, samples, prototypes, artwork, packaging or product specifications are submitted for client approval.

Project Confirmation & Order

The final product requirements, transaction structure, pricing, fees, responsibilities and other commercial terms are documented before proceeding.

Production Coordination

We maintain communication regarding production status and help address issues that may arise during manufacturing.

Inspection & Quality Control

Where appropriate, independent third-party inspection, testing or other quality-control services may be arranged before shipment.

Shipping & Customs Coordination

Freight, customs brokerage and related logistics can be coordinated with appropriate service providers according to the agreed responsibilities and shipping terms.

Delivery & Follow-Up

Following shipment and delivery, we remain available to assist with transaction-related communication, documented claims where applicable, and potential repeat orders.
