We offer free standard shipping for deliveries within Canada, which typically takes 5-7 business days. For expedited shipping within Canada, there may be a delivery charge. Please note that free shipping is not available for orders to the United States. You can choose your shipping method during checkout
 

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are calculated based on the processing time and the shipping method chosen. Processing time varies by product and is detailed on each product page. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within Canada only. Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
 

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to the nature of our products, we may face restrictions on shipping to certain locations. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
 

International Shipping:

Currently, Gully & Gully ships only within Canada and the United States.
 

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at traders@gullyngully.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

Refunds:

In the event of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with our return policy.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. In the case of Himalayan Salt lamps, returns are only accepted if the product has not been used or opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
