Return and Refunds
Gully & Gully is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. In the case of Himalayan Salt lamps and Edible Salt, returns are only accepted if the product has not been used or opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at traders@gullyngully.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
